All custom orders will require 50% payment at time of order confirmation. Custom orders may be placed
over the phone or by email

COLOR DISCLAIMER
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and finishes that appear on
this site. Because color is subject to interpretation, we highly encourage that, along with your 50% deposit,
color swatches are sent if you are requiring a specific match. Swatches will be returned with your order or
sooner if necessary.

STANDARD SIZING
We have developed a standard sizing for all pieces. Please take these measurements into consideration
when placing your order.

Necklace: Small 15" : Medium 16" : Large 17"
Bracelet: Small 7" : Medium 7 ½" : Large 8"
Ring : size 4: size 5: size 6: size 7: size 8: size 9
* additional charges will apply for sizes larger than listed.

SHIPPING
All orders of three items or less will incur a $5.00 standard shipping fee. Orders of more than three items
will incur a shipping fee of $5.00 plus $1.00 for each additional item over three. We ship using insured, trackable shipping by FedEx. Pick up can also be arranged and the shipping charge will be waived.

QUANTITY DISCOUNT
Orders of three or more of the same item will receive a 10% discount reflected on your invoice.
